Collection: Not Local, But Loved

We carry a small amount of products (currently four different vendors) that are not locally produced here in Saskatchewan/Manitoba. Each of these products have a story and a reason for being here and we want to share them with you.

1) Organic Maple Syrup from New Brunswick

Those Girls at the Market sweeten their chocolate with this incredible maple syrup from Canadian Organic Maple: a family-run sugary located in the heart of the Appalachian Hardwood Forest in New Brunswick. Since they bring this maple syrup in as an ingredient, they bring a bit extra in to share with you!

2) Truffle Products from Italy

We met Lorenzo many years ago at the Farmers' Market. He was the co-founder of The Cure (the artisanal charcuterie we carry today!) but has since moved on to other endeavours and has returned back to his home-sweet-home: Italy. He is the owner of Etrusco and since we have a close connection to Lorenzo, he visits the shop when he is back in Saskatoon and brings a selection of beautiful truffle products from Italy for us to share with you.

3) Cow's Creamery Butter and Cheese

We LOVE butter but it is nearly impossible to find a local small-batch source. Although Cow's Creamery is on the East Coast of Canada (it was one of the first places I visited when I moved out to Halifax in 2012 to go to university there), it aligns with us in so many ways. It's high quality, it's unique, and the team has been fantastic to work with. We are excited to offer their products at our little shop!

4) Inbru Coffee Flavourings (USA)

These are being brought in and sold by Bridge City Beans - a local coffee roaster - as a coffee accessory to enhance your coffee experience with locally roasted coffee!
