Join Plant Van for a cozy, hands-on plant workshop where you’ll create your own kokedama, a living, moss-wrapped plant rooted in care and intention. Choose from heart-inspired plants like Hoya Heart, String of Hearts, Heartleaf Philodendron and decide whether to create a sitting or hanging kokedama.
Kokedama, which translates to ‘moss ball’, is a unique style of Japanese Bonsai. It involves wrapping a plants root system in moss and binding it with wire or string, transforming it into a stunning living sculpture. These decorative plants can be hung or displayed on a shelf as a striking accent for any room.
Perfect for couples, friends, or a solo Valentine date with yourself.
No experience needed, just come ready to get your hands a little dirty.
For just $50, you'll receive:
> Instruction and Support: Learn the techniques and tips for creating beautiful kokedama.
> All Necessary Supplies: Your workshop fee includes a plant of your choice, soil, moss, wire, and a wooden coaster for displaying your kokedama or string for hanging it.
Choose between a 3:00pm or 4:45pm start time. Don't miss this opportunity to create your own living work of art and connect with fellow plant lovers. We look forward to seeing you there!
